Jazz on “Lag” is a multi-unit residential condo building on Headmaster Row in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This development covers 2.3 acres and consists of 4 different buildings built over 3 phases with a total of 109 units.

The first phase included two bare land townhouses with separate garages and entrances. A 46 and 47 unit strata titled condo blocks make up the last 2 phases. The first 3 buildings are currently built with the last block in the pre-design stage.
